Leica was over a while ago and gave me the lowdown on how to do this. Best. Idea. EVER. Seriously...who wouldn't love a bite of moist chocolate chip cookie tucked inside some frosted cupcake goodness? Wonderful. I have always looooved baking cupcakes. The decorating ideas are endless. But lately I have been especially inspired by Saucy and her never ending stream of Martha-ness that makes me happy. Hop on over to

Seriously? Like, a whole cookie? I'm dying for that! I've put Oreos into cupcakes but a chocolate chip cookie (also known as the perfect food) would be my choice ANY DAY!!!
Never too pink when it comes to cupcakes. Love the cookie in the cupcake idea and no I have not baked for my husband whose Dr describes his weight as "generous" (how generous of him) for about hmmmm a year? Shame on me but neither of us needs the calories right now. This old age stuff sets limits on life... a bit.

Sasha, the trick is to freeze the cookie dough in little balls and then bake it, otherwise the cookie is crumbly and dry.
Mmmmmm! I'm making chocolate chip cookies right now! Filing this bit of info for future use! Yummy.
